All flat rate leases include: CAM, 24/7 Building Security, large display windows with natural light, trash, water & recycling ~ cardboard, aluminum, plastic and glass and  joint advertising (directories, rack cards, Asheville maps, magazines, event panels and more).

All tenants are required to be open Monday – Saturday 10:00am – 6:00pm; Sunday is an optional day but most businesses are open noon-5:00pm.

As of March 2011, the Grove Arcade retail floor is 95% leased.

The following retail spaces are for lease:

Space #111 – 617 square feet located at West entrance door; interior door into Arcade, spill-out on O. Henry Avenue and inside Arcade.  Including track lights, tile counters and one employee restroom.

Space #115 – 1,421 square feet located at West entrance door; interior door into Arcade, spill-out on O. Henry Avenue and inside Arcade.  Including track lights, alarm system, Terrazzo floors, one employee restroom and a small storage area.

Space #148- 473 square feet located on the north exterior of the building.  Ceiling height is 7’6” and includes track lights, Terrazzo floors and one employee restroom.
