Chorizo Restaurant is the third Asheville restaurant by the famed chef, Hector Diaz. A native of Puerto Rico, Hector offers Latin fare and specialty drinks from Spain to Argentina along with his passion for food to bring people together. A supporter of Asheville farms and farmers, he uses local sources whenever possible and the freshest of ingredients.
